**Returns can be made 365 days of the year, but must be in “store bought” condition for full shoe credit. Please include original receipt and order number.
INCORRECT SIZE – Simply return item(s) and we will replace with correct size(s). Please include a check or money order in the amount of $6.99 for one item and $8.99 for two or more items to cover the repackaging and return shipping of your shoe(s).
WRONG ITEM – If for some reason you received item(s) different from your order, return it and we will correct the mistake and also incur any additional shipping charges.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – We only offer first quality merchandise and will replace any item(s) found to be defective.
NOTE – Any additional charges by UPS or FedEx because of incorrect address information will be passed on to the customer. This includes change of address while in transit.
